The Abu Dhabi government is keen to provide all possible means of convenience to Emiratis and residents; following to the vision and course of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan to provide the best governmental services, to drive the development process and support the progress of these services.
The portal and TAMM - Abu Dhabi Government Service Centres aim to enable the customers to complete a comprehensive chain of governmental transactions through one point of contact, without the need to visit the different Government entities to finalize their transactions, by providing smart innovative solutions to enrich the experience of the customer, pursuant to the best global practices.
Future Vision
TAMM - Abu Dhabi Government Service Centres are considered a reflection of the future vision of Abu Dhabi and the dedication to achieve a quantum leap in providing government services, digital transformation, and joint governmental work, as “TAMM” provides the services of several government entities in different aspects of life such as education, health, labour, housing, and transportation depending on the leading infrastructure of the emirate of Abu Dhabi.
This enables the Government entities to exchange data and governmental documents through secured channels.
TAMM - Abu Dhabi Government Service Centres provide a unique model of customer service aimed to enrich the experience of the customer through direct communication and the removal of barriers between the customers and employees, without the need of receptions and welcome areas.
These areas will be exchanged with guidance, self-service areas, and a joint innovation area to enrich the communication and customer’s experience.
Comprehensive Governmental Services
TAMM - Abu Dhabi Government Service Centres provide over 700 governmental services for more than 12 core sectors, such as education, health, labour, residency, housing, business, transportation, family, community and more.
Individuals can finalise a chain of transactions, without the need to visit different government entities through the self-service kiosks available in the centres, using SmartPass, the single official online account to access multiple UAE Government e-services, without the need to register on their websites.
The customer also can access services through direct communication with a highly trained team of the national competences who use the latest customer service technology. In addition to this, the team will be able to communicate in 10 different languages, in order to get the necessary guidance and support during the registration and digital ID process.
TAMM - Abu Dhabi Government Service Centers serviced more than 100 thousand customers in 2019 and 88 thousand customers in 2020. The customer satisfaction percentage in 2019 was 99% and in 2020 was 98% as per the latest statistics, which are the most important performance indicators adopted by Abu Dhabi Digital Authority.
TAMM Mobile Solutions:
The Higher Committee of Digital Government in Abu Dhabi has led the launching of ‘TAMM Mobile Solutions,’ which comprise ‘TAMM Van’ and ‘TAMM Mobile Service Centre.
“Launched as part of “TAMM Cares” initiative, the TAMM Mobile Solutions will further improve the quality of life in Abu Dhabi by providing its community with easier and more secure access to digital government services and involve the community in building the government experience that suits their needs.
TAMM Van
‘TAMM Van’ is a solution for people of determination, senior citizens and residents, and others who cannot visit TAMM service centers. Through ‘TAMM Van,’ they can complete their government services at the comfort of their homes or any place convenient to them. They can easily request the ‘TAMM car’ by calling the Abu Dhabi Government Contact Center at 800555 and a team of professionals will quickly respond to their requests.
TAMM Cares
In line with Abu Dhabi’s vision to facilitate the lives and prosperity of its residents and visitors, to reinforce its position as forefront to the welfare and empowerment of the people of determination and as a global investment destination, ADDA launched initiatives and services for people of determination, senior citizens and investors.
TAMM Cares For POD and Senior Citizens
Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA) launched the “TAMM Cares for people of determination and seniors” Service, where all Abu Dhabi government services can be accessed for the People of Determination and Senior citizens in their place of residence all over the emirate of Abu Dhabi without the need to leave their homes.
TAMM - Abu Dhabi Government Service Centres provide communication devices in the parking areas for People of Determination at the entrance of the centre to enable them to communicate directly with the centre’s officials and get the service needed without the need to leave their cars.

TAMM - Abu Dhabi Government Service Centres was designed as per the highest international standards to provide Abu Dhabi Government services in an easy, smart, and innovative way based on the customer’s journey.
TAMM centres are designed in line with Abu Dhabi’s vision to build a sustainable green economy converting paper documents into digital documents.
TAMM - Abu Dhabi Government Service Centres includes five main areas as follow:
- Greeting Area: Open space greeting area without barriers for fluid access flow.
- Engagement Area: Transit areas with full Centre view.
- Self-Service Area: enables the customer to finalize a chain of services in an easy way and as fast as possible.
- Co-Create Area: based on exchanging ideas and suggestions, which increases the interactions with customers and reinforce their participation in developing the service.
