Starting his career as an 18 year-old apprentice chef at Le Bellecour in Paris, chef Olivier Limousin had long known where his passions lay and worked relentlessly with it. Joining L’Amphycles as a commis, he worked his way up to become sous-chef. He was then enlisted at the incredible Le Taillevent, before returning to Le Bellecour, as a Chef de Cuisine.
