Certain techniques employed on stage, can be hard to replicate through a video presentation. This session will include various tactics that can be implemented immediately to encourage presentations to evolve as everyone gets more comfortable with the online venue.

The Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) was founded in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as the Professional Convention Management Association and previously operated from Birmingham, Alabama. Their annual signature event, "The Convening Leaders", was first held in 1956, and PCMA formally incorporated as a non-profit in 1958.
