TrainYas Ramadan Challenge
This virtual run allows you to run at any time and on any route as long as it is in your home; on a treadmill, in the garden or around and around your lounge of your choice. You can choose from either a 2.5 KM, 5 KM or 10 KM run.
When recording your activity, please think of the virtual runs like a real event, and come across the virtual finish line and stop your watch. It is important that you do not keep running or the run will not count if you go 5% over the distance of the contest you have entered.
